Progress Report Update : Six Months Later

Hey everyone,
It’s been a long time since the last public update back in March. At that time, Dreamwalker was still closer to a prototype than a game. Since then,a lot has happened. I focused on reaching a point where it feels like a game before returning here with news. So, what changed?
From March to Summer
Back in March the game was still in a raw prototype stage, closer to a proof of concept than something playable. Since then, I spent several months building up the foundations. Here's some highlights:
- Wrapped up The Pacifier Project with its final 1.2 update, which kept me busy for about 3 months and closed that chapter so I could fully focus on Dreamwalker. This update will be released for free aroudn the same time that DreamWalker first exclusive subscriber demo.
- Introduced the boy character and added basic facial expressions. Now both playable characters feel much more alive and ready!
- Added around 30 hairstyles to give more variety in character creation and created about 80 clothing items covering different styles. This already allows for lots of player customization. and is far more than the pacifier project got right from the start !
- Integrated the first batch of character animations, moving past T-poses and finally letting the world come to life
- Improved shading, lighting, and overall color direction. The game now has a stronger visual identity.
- Held a first wide scope private test session at this stage to start collecting early impressions.
Then, since August’s Test Session
After gathering feedback from testers, I kept the momentum going and pushed deeper into the “game” side of development:
- Extended the main story up to the end of the first in-game day. The game now has a clear beginning and flow, with narrative beats leading players through the opening hours, completed with cutscenes
- Overhauled the needs & continence system. This core gameplay loop is now much more robust and closer to its intended design with a lot of depth that will allow you to choose your playstyle, be it desperation enjoyer or just wanting to let it go freely.I've put together all of this to give life to my idea of having dynamic wetness, either in bedwetting or on clothes or diaper.
- Breathed life into interiors and exteriors. Environments no longer feel empty and blocky. There are details, ambience, and a sense of place starting to take shape.
- Added more animations across the board, from everyday actions to environmental interactions, which makes the characters feel far less static.
- Even added support for NSFW content : The characters now have genitals, and some NSFW cutscenes are starting to take shape.
What’s Next ?
The next step is preparing a short teaser video that captures the new look and feel in motion, something concise and atmospheric that shows Dreamwalker as an actual game rather than a prototype.
In parallel, I’ll keep sharing more detailed devlogs and behind the scenes posts with subscriberss. That’s where I go deeper into the systems, cutscenes, and all the details of development,so if you're interested check out my page.
Thanks to everyone who has been patient during this long quiet stretch. Development is moving fast now that the foundation is in place. I’m excited to finally share the progress and bring you along as the game starts taking its real shape. Next progress report should hit before the end of the year, getting ready for the first playable demo for subscribers ! See you next time !

when is the first public demo released here?
Red, It's been awhile, I have a genuine question, I don't like Sexual content since I am more AB/DL and Spanking focused, Will sexual content be toggleable in the game? Just curious, My friend.
Not toggleable per se but totally optional and you will be able to play without engaging into it at all.
Thanks man, I hope it goes well!
Will there be controller support?
Yes,there's a new input system that will make it easier to play with controllers
I'm glad to see an update for this i'm super excited to play
