[Devlog] Current WIP 07

This week was focused on designing and building the first "level" (for the lack of a better term), the haunted house.After a lot of iteration and brainstorm, I got a better vision of what I want to achieve with the player maturity, and I think what could be the most fun is that it also impact how you play the level itself. SO, in the haunted house, you'll be confronted with two way, one leaning on the more mature side, while the other will focus on the childish side. Both way will more or less rejoice at the end but won't have the same impact on the story ! I won't say anymore so it doesn't get too spoilerish, but you got the idea. 

Level building is fun but exhausing, so I decided to make some lighthearted and minor changes too. 


First, I implemented a ghostly themed diaper. It's a rough draft, but it allowed me to streamline my workflow for diaper texturing, so I'll be able to make more custom diapers. And since we're going to an haunted house, it make sense to have a diaper paired with it !


Second, I iterated on the character customization and though it would be a great idea to have starting perks that you can't change later on. Again, the idea is that you choose how you want to play - and it's meaningful. 


Of course, what's displayed is just example for now. I'm still thinking about how to balance it.


I'm going back to build the haunted house. It's a very big zone, so it will be quite the work.
