[Devlog] Current WIP 24

Hey everyone,

This week I want to show you a glimpse of the new area that was build recently, the hospital.

This is where you'll get transported if you happen to faint from starvation. You will also be able to meet again the doctor from the starting area in his office, and buy medical product at the front desk.

You'll also be able to ask nurse Martha to check you up.

She'll perfom some checks and react accordingly given how you're doing in three main area :

- Maturity

- Stomach content

- Continence

Which mean, if your continence level is low but you make her check you up without  a diaper, you might be in for a change of underwear!
