[Devlog] Current WIP 29


Heya,


Today, I want to give you a little peek at the next level, the hospital.Let's start  with what will be a central and a rest place, the cafeteria.


The idea behind this part of the level, is that you'll pass near or through it multiple time during your adventure. It will be a safe place, because at the time of your visit it's closed and no staff is around. This mean you're free to go around and steal some food if you need to replenish!

Now, another area of the next level :  the main bridge. This is sort-of a crossroad between a lof of key locations that connect the two main part of the level together. Since you're gonna walk here and there a few time, I wanted to make sure this got (a bit like the cafeteria) a wide and open feel. There's windows everywhere, and you can peek at the city below.


You'll find a waiting room, and you'll feel like this is a transition area for patients in-between wings.  And finally...We're finally getting to some hospital stuff with the orthopedic ward.


This part of the level will be closed at the beginning, and you'll have to do some actions to unlock it. It will hold a new skill, similar to the pushing skill in the haunted house.

Next time, we're gonna visit an area I'm sure you'll dig for ...



On a side note, the next major update is now available on Patreon, and as the last time, will shortly come on itch. It was a long ride between the last one and this new update, but you'll find the wait worthy ! I've began to make a recap of all the new changes, and there's definitely a lot.
