[Devlog] Current WIP 31


Heya everyone,

Today I wantto presentyou with a number of visual changesI'm working with. Like I stated   in my roadmap, I want to dedicate a bit of my time to polish the game and get out of the "prototype"  feel. Thus, I decided to give the UI a little bitof much-needed rework.


First, I added a main menu instead of  jumping straight to the settings. I also added a button to get back to the title screen, something that was lacking since the beginning. 

I also added little sound effect to each button so you can have a feedback of what you're doing. This sound trivial, but it's the kind of little thing that really help with the "polished"feeling.


The options menu was also totaly rewamped. I added a little description to each component so you can have precisions on what it's doing, and I added a "Controls" panel that will host keybinding options.

Last but  not least, I totally reworked how you can use debug and cheat options,moving out of the settings and providing you with my own dev console.


This will  allow some of you to fine-tune some value, access items and later on even edit game state.

So,while this is not new content, this is some significant steps to drive up the general quality of the  game!
